The YAMAN IPL Clear Shot YJFC1 is a Japanese-engineered desktop IPL skin device with twin xenon lamps, a dual-filter system, skin-reading focus sensors and sapphire contact cooling, offering daily, targeted and cool modes for adults who want salon-style light treatments at home.
What it does
Unlike hand-held IPL units, the Clear Shot is a mains-powered desktop device (about 2kg, 236 x 188 x 318mm) built for higher energy output. Two xenon tubes deliver more light than the previous YJFC0B model, passed through two filters: one aimed at skin that looks more hydrated and clearer, the other at a firmer, bouncier look. Focus sensors either side of the window read the skin on contact and automatically set the output of both lamps for each flash, while the sapphire contact-cooling plate keeps the surface chilled to limit stinging. Three mode groups cover everyday use (DAILY), targeted work on firmness, dark spots and texture (M1 to M4), and a COOL mode for calming.
How to use
Place the window flat on clean, dry skin and let the sensors set the output. Use DAILY mode every day for hydration and radiance, M1 to M4 modes two to three times a week for firmness, spots and texture, and COOL mode daily or after treatment. Wear the eye protection and follow the manual.
Who it's for
Adults who want a high-output Japanese IPL skin device, including those prone to heat-related redness. Not suitable for very dark skin tones or very light hair; not for use during pregnancy. Follow the manual.
