This website is operated by GlamGlobal Beauty (GLAMGLOBAL BEAUTY PTE. LTD., UEN 202617117G), a company registered in Singapore. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to GlamGlobal Beauty. By visiting our site and purchasing from us, you engage with our Service and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order.
Section 1 — Eligibility
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country or region of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. When registering or placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is true, accurate, current and complete. You confirm that the payment details you provide are valid and that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.
Section 2 — Pricing Policy
We have taken great care to ensure that details, descriptions and prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing. However, we will only accept orders if there are no material errors in the description of products or their prices as advertised on this site. All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP £) unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the products plus applicable delivery charges as confirmed at checkout. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice.
Section 3 — Ordering Process
You may correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click submit on the final page of our ordering process. After this point, amendments may not be possible.
Once you place an order, we will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of your order. A binding contract between us is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email confirming that your products have been shipped. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time if a product is out of stock, if we identify a pricing error, or if we are unable to obtain payment authorisation.
Section 4 — Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if any product you have ordered is unavailable. We reserve the right to limit sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, and to discontinue any product at any time.
Section 5 — Reseller Restriction
Our products are sold for personal, domestic and private use only. You agree not to use our products for any commercial, business or resale purposes. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where we have reason to believe products are being purchased for commercial resale.
Section 6 — Delivery
We primarily ship to the United Kingdom, with international shipping available to selected destinations as detailed in our Shipping Policy. Delivery timescales are indicative only. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by events outside our control, including customs delays, carrier delays or adverse weather. International deliveries may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and regulatory requirements. You, as the importer, are responsible for ensuring compliance with your country's regulations and for payment of any applicable duties or taxes, except where DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping applies. We are unable to accept responsibility for any charges incurred at the destination country beyond those covered by our DDP arrangements.
We are not responsible for parcels lost or stolen as a result of specific delivery instructions left for the carrier. We recommend that you do not refuse delivery — accept the goods and contact us immediately if there is an issue, as refusal may delay resolution.
Section 7 — Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. These statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy. For customers in other jurisdictions, applicable consumer protection laws in your country may apply in addition to our returns policy.

Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the products in that order.
