The Tosfu Japanese Wave & Curl Detangling Comb is a wide-tooth styling comb made in Japan with a wavy, wide-set tooth pattern and anti-static resin finish, designed for curly, permed, wavy and highly textured hair that fine-tooth brushes tend to frizz and flatten.

What it does

Tosfu's comb has teeth set in a wave rather than a straight line, so it follows the natural movement of curl clumps instead of dragging through them. The wide gaps separate and define texture without breaking up the pattern, and the lightweight anti-static resin glides through knots with less snagging and fewer flyaways. It works in the shower to spread conditioner or curl cream evenly, and dry to refresh second-day curls or a perm. Slid upward at the roots, it lifts flat sections for an airier, fuller look. The handle is slim and comfortable, and the comb ships with a dust-proof storage pouch. Available in several colours and in a fluffy-comb variant.

How to use

Wet: in the shower, comb leave-in conditioner, curl cream or a mask from roots to ends. Dry: tip the head forward and comb gently from the scalp outward to refresh curls. For volume, place the comb at the roots and slide upward 2 to 5cm.
