What it does

The jar holds two textures: cream capsules carrying retinol, hydrolysed collagen and a peptide blend including copper tripeptide-1 and palmitoyl pentapeptide-4, suspended in a clear gel built on eight forms of hyaluronic acid, panthenol, niacinamide and shea butter. Mix the two in whatever ratio suits your skin – the brand suggests 2:1 capsule to gel for dry skin, 1:1 for normal and 1:2 for oily. The formula also contains ultra-fine hydrolysed sponge spicules, so a mild tingling on application is normal. Skin feels cushioned and hydrated overnight and looks smoother, with the look of fine lines softened over time.

How to use

After cleansing and toning in the evening, scoop a small amount, blend the capsules and gel on the back of the hand to your preferred ratio and massage over the face until absorbed. Use in the evening, start 2–3 nights a week, wear SPF in the day; not recommended during pregnancy. Expect a light tingling from the spicules. Patch-test first.
