What it does
Effector Plus delivers Refilled's patented cytokine complex (cADPR and NAADP) in a small, concentrated format for precise application – the hairline, parting, crown or anywhere the scalp needs extra attention. The texture is a lightweight serum that absorbs quickly into the scalp without greasiness or stickiness, so it sits comfortably under the Booster Pro or on its own. With regular use the scalp looks clean and balanced and hair looks fuller where it is applied. Format: 15ml with a fine applicator for spot use. Silicone-free.
How to use
After shampooing, towel-dry the hair and scalp. Apply a few drops directly to the areas you want to focus on and massage in with the fingertips until absorbed. Do not rinse. Use morning and evening. For a full routine, apply Effector Plus first to targeted areas, then the Booster Pro across the whole scalp.
