Refilled Cytokine Eyelash Dual Ampoule is a 10ml lash and lash-line conditioning serum from Korea's Refilled cytokine range, with a two-ended applicator: a screw brush for the lashes and a cooling metal ball for the lash line. Oil-free, twice-daily, leave-on.
What it does
The ampoule carries Refilled's cytokine complex in a clear, oil-free serum that conditions the lashes and the skin along the lash line. The screw-brush end coats each lash from root to tip so lashes look darker, glossier and more defined; the round ball end glides along the upper and lower lash line and under-lashes with a cooling feel, reaching the base of the lashes where a brush cannot. With daily use lashes look fuller and less sparse, and stay conditioned under mascara. Because it is oil-free it will not break down eyelash extensions or make mascara smudge. How to use
On a clean, dry, make-up-free eye area, morning and evening. Use the brush end along the lashes from root to tip, as you would mascara. Then use the ball end along the upper and lower lash lines and gently over the under-lashes. Allow to absorb before applying make-up. Use consistently for four weeks or more. Can also be brushed through brows.
