A targeted salicylic acid and witch hazel spot treatment. 30ml.
What it does
A spot treatment goes on one place, not all over — which is the difference between it and a toner, and the reason a 30ml bottle lasts a long time. Salicylic acid works inside the pore because it's oil-soluble; witch hazel is a traditional astringent that takes the shine off the surrounding skin.
Applied directly to a blemish it makes the area look less angry and helps it settle faster than leaving it alone — and considerably faster than picking at it, which is the main alternative and the main cause of the mark that follows.
How to use
On clean skin, apply a small amount directly to the spot with a fingertip or cotton bud — not over the whole face. Once or twice daily. Follow with moisturiser on the surrounding skin; drying out the area around a spot doesn't help it.

For oily and combination skin, and occasional breakouts.
If spots are persistent, painful, or leaving marks, see a GP. A spot treatment is for the occasional blemish; ongoing acne responds far better to prescription treatment, and the earlier it's treated the less scarring there is. Not for use on broken skin or during pregnancy without medical advice. Patch-test first.
