LAYER LAB Triple Retinol Serum pairs retinol (0.1%), retinal (0.05%) and hydroxypinacolone retinoate with niacinamide, copper tripeptide-1, palmitoyl pentapeptide-4, acetyl hexapeptide-8 and further peptides, plus ceramide NP, panthenol, beta-glucan, allantoin and oat kernel extract. 30ml.

What it does
Works on the look of fine lines, uneven texture, enlarged-looking pores and dullness, for skin that looks smoother and more refined with consistent use. Combining three retinoid forms at moderate levels, alongside ceramide, panthenol and oat, helps offset the dryness retinoids can bring.

How to use
Evenings only. After cleansing and toner, apply a pea-sized amount to dry skin, avoiding the eyes, lips and corners of the nose. Start two or three nights a week and build up as skin tolerates. Follow with moisturiser, and use SPF every morning. Do not use other retinoids or strong acids on the same night. Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Who it is for
Normal, combination and oily skin, and intermediate retinoid users; newcomers should introduce it slowly. Contains fragrance.
