What it does

The interesting part here is the ratio. Your skin's barrier is built largely from three lipids — ceramides, cholesterol and fatty acids — and the research finding that stuck is that supplying all three together works better than supplying ceramides alone, which is what most "ceramide creams" do. YamProtein is the brand's own yam-derived active, and it does the water-holding side. How to use
