What it is
Most women's supplements list a strain count and leave it there. This one names its two strains — Lactobacillus rhamnosus GR-1 and Lactobacillus reuteri RC-14 — which matters, because bacterial strains behave differently from one another and these two are among the more extensively studied in women's health research. Naming them lets you check what you're taking rather than trusting a number.
