What it is

The ingredient worth understanding here is diindolylmethane, usually shortened to DIM. It's a compound formed when the body digests cruciferous vegetables — broccoli, cabbage, sprouts — and it's included in supplements because of how it interacts with the way the body processes oestrogen.
