What it is

Several of those carry authorised claims worth stating precisely: biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and skin; zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal hair, skin and nails; and vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin. 120 capsules is a two-month supply at two a day.
How to use
Take as directed on the pack, with food. Consistently over months rather than weeks — hair grows roughly a centimetre a month, so nothing here shows faster.

10,000mcg of biotin will interfere with blood tests. At this dose it distorts thyroid function and cardiac troponin results — troponin being the marker used to diagnose heart attacks — and this has caused real misdiagnoses. Tell your doctor before any blood test and stop several days beforehand if advised.
Contains vitamin A — not for use during pregnancy without medical advice, as high intakes are avoided in pregnancy. Contains collagen and keratin, so not suitable for vegetarians or vegans. Live cultures are not suitable for anyone severely immunocompromised. Not suitable for children.
