BIOWELL Threomind is a sustained-release magnesium supplement of 60 splittable tablets, combining Magtein magnesium L-threonate with magnesium glycinate, vitamins B6 and B2, L-theanine and lemon balm extract, for adults who want a well-absorbed daily magnesium routine.
What it does
Each three-tablet serving provides 2,010mg of magnesium L-threonate (Magtein) and 200mg of magnesium glycinate (Magglymax), giving 185mg of elemental magnesium, plus 25mg vitamin B6, 20mg vitamin B2, 20mg L-theanine and 30mg lemon balm extract. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, normal psychological function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and vitamin B6 contributes to normal psychological function. The tablets use BIOWELL's patented sustained-release technology, so the magnesium is released gradually rather than all at once, and they are tasteless and can be split with the tablet splitter included. Magnesium threonate and glycinate are gentle forms that are easy on the stomach, which makes this a comfortable daily option.
How to use
Adults: take three tablets once daily with warm water during a meal, at whichever mealtime you prefer. Lower doses for children aged six and over are given on the pack. Do not exceed the stated dose. Not a substitute for a varied diet.
