What it does
What separates this from most scalp serums is that the percentages are on the label. Redensyl 3%, AnaGain 4%, Baicapil 3%, Capilia Longa 1% — four trademarked cosmetic actives, each with a stated concentration, which is unusual in a category that normally hides behind "proprietary blend". Whatever you make of the ingredients, you can at least see what you're paying for and compare it against anything else.
Around them sit rosemary extract, biotin and rice water. The texture is the practical selling point: light and non-greasy, so it can go on in the morning without leaving hair looking wet, which is the usual reason scalp serums get abandoned. Sulphate, paraben, mineral oil, alcohol, dye and phthalate free.
How to use
Apply directly to the scalp in sections, not to the lengths, and massage in with your fingertips. Leave in — don't rinse. Once daily. Give it three to six months: hair grows roughly a centimetre a month, so nothing in this category shows results faster than that, whatever the packaging says.
