Our shipping model
GlamGlobal sources products directly from authorised suppliers in South Korea, Japan, and the United States. Your order ships from the supplier closest to the product's origin, ensuring authenticity and the most direct route to your door. All international shipments include full tracking and shipping insurance against loss or damage in transit.

International shipping
We deliver worldwide. Shipping costs and timing vary by destination:

Duties and taxes
For US customers: all duties and taxes are included in your order total — no additional payment on delivery (DDP).
For European Union customers in DDP-eligible countries: duties and VAT are included in your order total. Eligible countries include Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
For all other international destinations: import duties and taxes may be charged by your local customs authority on delivery. These charges are determined by your country and are the recipient's responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering if you are concerned about potential charges.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
During peak periods, promotional events, or supplier-region public holidays (including Korean and Japanese national holidays), processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you of any significant delay.
Order tracking
All orders ship with full tracking. Track your order using the link in your confirmation email or by logging into your GlamGlobal account.
If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@glamglobal.com.
Shipping insurance and lost items
All international shipments are covered by shipping insurance against loss or damage in transit. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@glamglobal.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date with photos of any damage. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, or your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, please contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
Address accuracy
Please ensure your full delivery address is correct at checkout, including postcode and any flat or unit number. GlamGlobal cannot be responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information.
Some destinations require additional documentation for customs clearance. If your country requires this (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, India, Turkey), we will contact you for the necessary information after you place your order.
Split shipments
If your order contains products from multiple supplier regions, your order may arrive in separate shipments with separate tracking numbers. You will be notified, and you will not be charged additional shipping for split shipments.
Restricted destinations
Cosmetic products shipped to Spain are limited to mainland Spain only. We are unable to ship cosmetics to the following Spanish postal code areas: 35xxx, 38xxx, 51xxx, 52xxx, 07xxx (Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Balearic Islands).
For other destinations, certain product categories may have additional regulatory requirements. We will notify you if your order cannot be shipped to your destination after placement and arrange a refund.
