Our Promise

We want you to love every product from GlamGlobal. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy with prepaid return shipping and quick refund processing. All customers retain their full statutory rights under applicable local consumer protection laws.


Your Right to Return

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

All customers are entitled to a minimum 14-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery, in line with international consumer protection standards. EU and UK customers are additionally protected under their respective statutory rights as detailed below.

To be eligible for return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact with all seals unbroken
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or seals are broken:

  • Skincare, beauty, and personal care products
  • Food supplements, wellness products, and ingestible items
  • Intimate care products

We also cannot accept returns on:

  • Items showing wear, damage, or use beyond inspection
  • Items returned outside the 30-day window
  • Gift cards
  • Items specifically marked "Final Sale" at point of purchase

Important: These restrictions do not apply where local consumer law provides greater rights. EU customers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal regardless of whether the product has been opened, under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Australian customers are protected under the Australian Consumer Law which provides additional guarantees for faulty or misdescribed goods. If a product arrives damaged or faulty, the above restrictions do not apply for any customer — please see the Damaged or Faulty Items section below.


How to Return

Email info@glamglobal.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photographs if requested

Our team will respond within one business day with:

  • Confirmation of your return
  • The return address for your region
  • A prepaid return shipping label

Return shipping is fully arranged by us. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount as follows:

  • UK returns: £4.95 deducted from refund
  • EU returns: €5.95 deducted from refund
  • Australia & New Zealand returns: AUD $9.95 deducted from refund
  • USA & Canada returns: USD $6.95 deducted from refund
  • Singapore returns: SGD $8.95 deducted from refund

Please use only the return label and address we provide. Returns sent to other addresses or without the provided label cannot be processed.


Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@glamglobal.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the damage or defect
  • A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you, including free return shipping.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm. If approved:

  • Refund processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
  • For returns within 14 days of delivery, original standard outbound shipping costs will also be refunded
  • For returns made between 15-30 days of delivery, original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping cost deducted from refund amount except for damaged or faulty items where return shipping is fully free

Country-Specific Statutory Rights

United Kingdom: Your statutory rights are protected under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order and 30 days to return faulty goods for a full refund.

European Union & Ireland: You have a minimum 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. This right applies regardless of whether the product has been opened. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.

Australia & New Zealand: You are protected under the Australian Consumer Law and New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. GlamGlobal products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded — you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

United States & Canada: You are protected under applicable federal and state/provincial consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable local law.

Singapore: You are protected under the Singapore Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act. You may seek a remedy for goods that do not conform to contract within a reasonable time of delivery.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred product.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days from our confirmation email:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your card provider
  3. If still not received, email info@glamglobal.com and we will investigate immediately
