SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Where do you ship to? We ship to the United Kingdom, United States, Europe, Australia, and selected international destinations. If you are outside our standard shipping regions, please contact us at info@glamglobal.com before placing an order to confirm availability and timing for your country.

How much does shipping cost? UK orders are £4.95, with free shipping on UK orders over £50. Europe is £9.95, USA is £9.95 (free over £50), and Rest of World is £14.95. Shipping costs are confirmed at checkout before payment.

How long will my order take to arrive? UK orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days from dispatch. US and European orders take 7-14 business days. Rest of World orders take 10-21 business days. These are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

How do I track my order? You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. You can also log into your account at glamglobal.com to view your order status at any time.

Why does delivery take longer than other UK retailers? GlamGlobal sources products directly from authorised suppliers in South Korea, Japan, and the United States to ensure authenticity. This means your order travels from source rather than from a UK warehouse — typically 5-10 business days from dispatch for UK orders. We believe authentic, original-source products are worth waiting for.

Do you offer express shipping? Express shipping options may be available at checkout depending on your location. Please check at checkout for available delivery options for your destination.

Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes? UK orders include all VAT and duties — no additional charges on delivery. Orders to the USA and most EU countries are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) meaning no additional charges on delivery. For all other international destinations, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering if you are unsure.

My order hasn't arrived — what should I do? First please check your tracking information. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, or your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, please contact us at info@glamglobal.com with your order number and we will investigate immediately.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your returns policy? We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition with packaging intact and seals unbroken. For hygiene reasons, opened beauty, skincare, personal care and ingestible products cannot be returned unless faulty. Please see our full Returns Policy for details.

How do I start a return? Email info@glamglobal.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within one business day with the return address and a prepaid return shipping label. The cost of return shipping (£4.95) will be deducted from your refund amount, except for damaged or faulty items where return shipping is free.

When will I receive my refund? Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

My item arrived damaged — what should I do? Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@glamglobal.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damage. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you, including free return shipping.

Can I exchange an item? We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred product.

I am based in the UK — what are my cancellation rights? UK customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery for any reason under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Items must be unused and in original packaging. For returns within the 14-day cooling-off period, original outbound shipping costs will also be refunded. Please contact us at info@glamglobal.com to exercise this right. Are your products authentic? Yes — all products sold on GlamGlobal are genuine and sourced from authorised suppliers and distributors in South Korea, Japan and the United States. We do not sell counterfeit or grey market products.

Where do your products come from? GlamGlobal specialises in K-beauty (South Korea), J-beauty (Japan) and global wellness products. Our K-beauty products are sourced directly from Korean suppliers. Our Japanese beauty devices are sourced from authorised Japanese distributors. Our wellness supplements including brands like Lemme, Nutrafol and Timeline are sourced from US distributors and authorised partners.

Are your K-beauty products suitable for sensitive skin? Many of our K-beauty products are specifically formulated for sensitive skin, particularly our CICA, PDRN and centella asiatica ranges. What is PDRN and why is it trending? PDRN (Polydeoxyribonucleotide) is a DNA-derived ingredient originally used in clinical medicine for tissue regeneration. In skincare it is clinically researched to support skin repair, boost collagen production and improve hydration. It is one of the most exciting ingredients in Korean dermatology and is a hero ingredient in brands like REJURAN, Medicube and VT Cosmetics — all available on GlamGlobal.

Are your products MHRA approved and UK regulation compliant? All cosmetic products sold on GlamGlobal comply with UK Cosmetics Regulation. Beauty devices meet the safety standards of their country of manufacture (Japan and South Korea). Food supplements sold on GlamGlobal are not regulated as medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. We recommend consulting your healthcare provider before starting any new supplement, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing or taking medication.

Are your beauty devices safe to use at home? All beauty devices on GlamGlobal are designed for at-home use and meet the safety standards of their country of manufacture. Each device comes with a user manual. We recommend reading the manual fully before first use and following all manufacturer guidelines. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are unsure about suitability, please consult your healthcare provider before using any beauty device.

Do beauty devices come with a UK plug adapter? Our beauty devices are sourced directly from Japan and South Korea and may come with their country of origin plug. A universal travel adapter (available widely from Amazon UK, Argos and most travel shops for £5-£15) can be used with all devices we sell. We can include adapter information at the point of purchase if requested — please email info@glamglobal.com with your order number.

Are your supplements safe to take? All supplements sold on GlamGlobal are from reputable brands and are manufactured to high safety standards. However, supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. We recommend consulting your healthcare provider before starting any new supplement, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing or taking medication.
