XL-S SOSO LABO Curcumin is a Japanese skin-focused supplement, 60 liquid softgels per bottle, pairing reduced curcumin with omega-3 fish oil, vitamin B6, zinc, niacinamide and astaxanthin, for adults with oily or blemish-prone skin who want an inside-out routine.
What it does
The headline ingredient is reduced (hydrogenated) curcumin, a colourless, water-dispersible form that the brand presents in a co-crystal, dual-solubility softgel. It is paired with a deep-sea fish oil for omega-3, plus vitamin B6, zinc and niacinamide. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, and vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Natural astaxanthin from Haematococcus pluvialis gives the softgel its red colour. Because the curcumin is in its reduced form, it does not carry the yellow tint associated with standard turmeric supplements. The format is a small liquid softgel with no added colourings.
How to use
Take one to two softgels daily with water after a meal, following the pack directions. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not exceed the stated dose. Not a substitute for a varied diet.
