WHC B-HADA White Moonlight is a Japanese beauty fish-oil supplement of 60 softgels delivering four omega families, omega-3 EPA and DHA, omega-6 GLA from borage, omega-7 from sea buckthorn and omega-9 from olive oil, for adult women building a skin-and-hair routine from within.
What it does
Each two-capsule daily serving provides 498mg of omega-3, including 280mg EPA and 190mg DHA, 625mg of omega-6 with 200mg GLA (gamma-linolenic acid) from borage oil, 187mg of omega-7 from sea buckthorn oil with 155mg palmitoleic acid, and 285mg of omega-9 from olive oil. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart at a daily intake of 250mg, and DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function. Where most fish-oil capsules stop at omega-3, this formula adds the plant-sourced fatty acids used in beauty supplements, in a softgel you take with breakfast. A bottle is a one-month supply.
How to use
Take two softgels daily with food, ideally at breakfast. If you take medication, leave at least two hours between doses and consult your doctor. Do not exceed the stated dose. Not a substitute for a varied diet.
