TIRTIR Milk Skin Toner Light is a 150ml lightweight, vegan rice-based toner with 4% niacinamide, panthenol and allantoin, the lighter-texture version of the Milk Skin Toner for oily, blemish-prone and sensitive skin.
What it does
This is the lighter-textured take on TIRTIR's Milk Skin Toner. It keeps the rice bran extract but has a thinner, watery consistency that sinks in quickly with none of the stickiness of a milky toner. Niacinamide at 4% helps skin look more even and refined, while panthenol and allantoin help skin feel soothed and comfortable. Used daily it helps the look of pores appear smoother and leaves skin feeling hydrated, balanced and fresh rather than tight. The formula is vegan and fragrance-light, so it sits well as a first hydrating step for skin that is easily upset.
How to use
After cleansing, morning and evening, pour a small amount into palms or a cotton pad and press gently over the face until absorbed. Follow with serum and moisturiser. Can be layered two or three times for extra hydration. Patch-test first.
