What it does
Where a watery toner mostly rebalances, a milky one leaves a light conditioning layer behind, which suits dry and dull-looking skin far better. It softens the surface and gives the next step something to sink into rather than leaving skin bare and waiting. Skin is left supple and even in texture, and the tight feeling that follows cleansing is gone.
How to use
After cleansing, pour a small amount into the palms or onto a cotton pad and press over the face and neck. Apply your serum while skin is still damp. Use morning and evening.
