What it does
Each two-gummy serving provides approximately 750mg of apple cider vinegar powder containing the Mother, the culture of enzymes and friendly bacteria found in raw ACV. It is paired with a small B-vitamin complex of B6, folate (B9) and B12. Vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism, and folate contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. The gummies are sweetened with maltitol, isomalt and xylitol rather than sugar, are fully vegan, and have a bright apple-lemon flavour with none of the harshness of liquid vinegar. The 180g pack lasts a month at two a day, making it an easy addition to a morning or pre-workout routine.
How to use
Chew two gummies daily. If taken around exercise, keep up your fluid intake. Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not exceed the stated dose. Not a substitute for a varied diet.
