What it does
Each pad is cut wide and flexible so it can be stretched along the jawline, cheeks, forehead or neck and left in place as a mini mask, or simply swiped over the face as a toner. The essence combines hydrolysed collagen and retinol with xylitol and multiple hyaluronic acid forms for hydration, Centella asiatica extract with madecassoside and asiaticoside, allantoin, betaine, green tea, mint and thyme leaf extracts. On contact the pads feel cool and refreshing, which the brand recommends after sun or exercise. The textured side lightly smooths the skin surface so serums and creams that follow sink in more easily, leaving skin feeling balanced and looking fresher.
How to use
After cleansing, either swipe a pad over the face as a toner, or place pads on the jawline, cheeks or neck, stretch slightly and leave for a few minutes before removing. Follow with serum and cream. Use in the evening, start 2–3 nights a week, wear SPF in the day; not recommended during pregnancy. Patch-test first.
