What it does
20% is the top of what's sold for home use. At that concentration glycolic acid works quickly on the dead surface cells that make skin look dull and feel rough, and on the look of texture and fine lines over a few weeks — but it also gives less margin for error than a 10% formula. This is a step up, not a starting point.
The pad format keeps the dose consistent, which matters more at this strength than at any other. Vitamins C and E, calendula and green tea sit alongside, with a mint and eucalyptus scent that's noticeable. Made in the USA, cruelty-free and silicone-free.
How to use
On clean, dry skin in the evening, sweep one pad over the face avoiding the eye area, and let it dry completely before applying anything else. Start two or three nights a week and only increase if your skin tolerates it comfortably. A light tacky or tight feeling as it dries is normal and passes within minutes.
Never on the same night as retinol, vitamin C or another acid — alternate nights. On glycolic nights keep the routine simple: cleanse, exfoliate, moisturise. Wear broad-spectrum SPF every morning; glycolic acid increases sun sensitivity and that continues for about a week after you stop.

For skin already comfortable with acids, working on texture, dullness and the look of fine lines. If you're new to glycolic acid or your skin is sensitive, start with the 10% Radiance Pads instead — this strength is intermediate to advanced, and there's no benefit in jumping straight to it. Not for use on broken, irritated or sunburned skin, or during pregnancy without medical advice. Patch-test on a discreet area first.
