Parnell Panthenol 5.78 Heartleaf Calming Serum is a 30ml serum formulated with houttuynia cordata (heartleaf) extract, Jeju centella asiatica extract and provitamin B5 (panthenol).
What it does
The serum gives skin that feels heated or stressed a cool, calming feel and helps it look less red and less shiny. Provitamin B5 adds moisture and comfort to support the skin barrier. The texture is light and refreshing and absorbs quickly, so it layers easily under cream.
How to use
After cleansing and toning, apply two or three drops to the face and gently pat in until absorbed. Follow with moisturiser. Use morning and evening.
