What it is
The reason to read the EPA and DHA numbers rather than the total oil figure: those two omega-3 fatty acids are what the authorised claims attach to, and a 1,000mg capsule can contain very different amounts of them. This one is specific about both, and the amounts are high enough to matter.

How to use
Take one capsule daily with water. Do not exceed 3g of fish oil per day. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Taking it with a meal reduces the fishy aftertaste; so does keeping the bottle in the fridge.
