OBLUE Complex Fish Oil Essence, known as the Little Red Shield, is a 60-softgel, 30-day women's beauty supplement built on 97% rTG fish oil with turmeric, astaxanthin, borage oil, zinc, vitamin A, rosemary extract and vitamin B6, for a skin and hair routine from within.
What it does
This is not a plain omega-3. The base is a high-purity 97% rTG (re-esterified triglyceride) fish oil supplying EPA and DHA, and OBLUE adds seven further ingredients in the same softgel: turmeric (curcumin), astaxanthin, borage oil, zinc, vitamin A, rosemary extract and vitamin B6. Of these, zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, hair and nails, and vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal skin. The rest are included as botanical and antioxidant extracts commonly chosen for beauty supplements. Two softgels a day gives a 30-day course from one box, and the brand suggests committing to a full 28 days before judging results.
How to use
Take two softgels daily with a meal and a glass of warm water, as fish oil is absorbed better with food. Complete at least a 28-day course. Do not exceed the stated dose. Not a substitute for a varied diet.
