What it is
A bacterial supplement combining two well-characterised strains — Lactobacillus casei LC-12 and Bifidobacterium longum BLG-1 — with FOS, a prebiotic fibre that feeds them, so the cultures arrive with something to work on. Around that sit elderberry extract standardised to 25% anthocyanins, astragalus, beta-glucan and zinc, which contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Zinc is the ingredient carrying the authorised claim here, and it's the one doing the work the rest of the formula is built around. Made in the USA; 36-month shelf life.
How to use
Take two capsules daily with water, preferably with a meal. Store sealed in a cool, dry place — live cultures are sensitive to heat and moisture.
