What it does
Rebalance is Obagi's barrier-focused cream. The BarrierPlex blend combines a postbiotic ferment with three ceramides, cholesterol and phytosphingosine, the lipids skin naturally relies on, alongside squalane, glycerin and niacinamide for hydration. Bisabolol, allantoin and oat kernel flour give it a soothing feel on skin that is reactive or recovering from an active-heavy routine. The texture is a rich but non-greasy cream that absorbs cleanly and leaves skin feeling supple, cushioned and comfortable rather than tight. It is fragrance-free and works well as the buffer step between stronger products and sunscreen.
How to use
Apply two to four pumps to the face morning and evening, or whenever skin feels dry or uncomfortable. Use after serums and before sunscreen in the morning. It can be layered more generously at night. Patch-test first.
