Obagi C-Balancing Toner is a 198ml alcohol-free, non-drying toner from the Obagi-C line with witch hazel water, aloe, sodium PCA and panthenol, developed by dermatologists for normal to oily skin that wants to feel balanced and refreshed after cleansing.
What it does
C-Balancing Toner is a clear, lightweight liquid designed to be used immediately after cleansing to bring skin's pH back into balance before serums and moisturisers go on. Witch hazel water helps lift away excess oil and any residue the cleanser left behind, while aloe barbadensis leaf juice, sodium PCA and panthenol pull moisture into the skin so it feels soft and comfortable rather than stripped. Because it contains no alcohol it does not leave skin feeling tight or dry, which makes it suitable for oilier skin that still needs hydration. Skin looks fresher and more even, feels clean and smooth, and the vitamin C serum applied afterwards spreads more evenly.
How to use
Use twice daily, morning and evening, after cleansing. Pump three to four pumps onto a cotton pad and gently wipe over the whole face, avoiding the eyes. Let it dry; do not rinse. Follow with serum and moisturiser. Patch-test first.
