MISSHA New Artemisia Calming Essence Mist is a 120ml fine mist of double-fermented artemisia (mugwort) extract – the calming ingredient MISSHA's Artemisia line is built on – for skin that flushes, stings or overheats. A toner-essence in spray form, usable over make-up through the day.
What it does
Artemisia is the Korean alternative to centella for reactive skin, and MISSHA ferments it twice to make it gentler and more concentrated. Sprayed on, the mist gives an immediate cooling feel and leaves skin looking calmer and less red; used as the toner step after cleansing, it moisturises without weight and preps the skin for the Artemisia Calming Essence or Ampoule. No stickiness, no alcohol sting, no fragrance. 120ml bottle – the bathroom size; it also travels.
How to use
Hold 20–30cm from the face and mist with eyes closed. After cleansing, mist and press in with the palms, then follow with serum and moisturiser. Through the day, mist over make-up whenever skin feels hot or tight – after sun, exercise, a flight or a flare-up – and let it absorb. Keep in the fridge in summer.
