What it is

How to use
Shake well before use. Take up to one tablespoon (15ml) daily, straight or mixed into water, juice or a smoothie. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Refrigerate after opening if the label directs.

Important: sea moss is naturally very high in iodine. Iodine is essential in small amounts, but too much over time can affect thyroid function. Not suitable for children, or during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless advised by a healthcare professional. Spirulina contains phenylalanine, so it is not suitable if you have phenylketonuria. Chlorella is high in vitamin K and can interfere with warfarin. Check with your GP or pharmacist before starting if you take any prescribed medication or have an autoimmune condition.
