A tinted mineral sunscreen from Jan Marini with SPF45, zinc oxide and antioxidants — oil-free, matte, and no white cast.
What it does
Mineral sunscreens have a reputation for chalkiness, and the tint is how this one avoids it: a sheer wash of colour cancels the white cast zinc oxide would otherwise leave, giving an even finish that works alone or under make-up. Underneath, zinc oxide provides broad-spectrum protection against UVA and UVB, with antioxidants for additional environmental defence. The formula is oil-free with a matte finish, so it holds through the day rather than turning shiny by lunchtime.
How to use
Apply generously and evenly 15 minutes before going out, as the final step of your morning routine. Reapply every two hours, and after swimming or sweating. Don't forget the neck, ears and backs of the hands.
