A lighter-textured version of Jan Marini's multi-acid resurfacing treatment — glycolic, salicylic and azelaic acids in a lotion rather than a cream.
What it does
Same three acids as the Bioclear Face Cream, different base. Glycolic works across the surface loosening dull cells, salicylic is oil-soluble and gets into the pore lining where congestion starts, and azelaic acid at 2% helps with the look of redness and uneven tone. The lotion texture makes it the better choice for oily or combination skin, where the cream can feel heavy — it absorbs quickly and layers cleanly under other products. Over consistent use skin looks smoother and clearer, with pores and old marks appearing less obvious.
How to use
On cleansed skin, apply a few drops evenly over the face once daily to start, building to twice daily only as tolerated. Reduce frequency if dryness or peeling appears. Acids increase sun sensitivity, so a broad-spectrum SPF every morning is essential.
