What it does
Calanus finmarchicus is a tiny Arctic zooplankton harvested from cold northern waters, and its oil differs from fish oil in that the fatty acids are bound as wax esters. Each two-softgel serving gives 1000mg of Ruby Oil containing 200mg omega-3 (EPA 48mg, DHA 50mg, SDA 72mg) plus omega-7, omega-9 and omega-11, and 1.37mg of naturally occurring astaxanthin, which gives the oil its ruby colour. The softgels are small, easy to swallow and designed not to repeat or leave a fishy aftertaste. FINENUTRI positions the oil around skin hydration and resilience and general wellbeing, and the sourcing meets EU water-quality standards.
How to use
Take two to four softgels daily, preferably after meals, adjusting within that range to suit you. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not exceed the stated dose. Not a substitute for a varied diet.
