What it is
Three ingredients, each doing something different. DHA is an omega-3 fatty acid that contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision — a beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250mg. It's the fat that makes up a substantial share of brain tissue, and it's difficult to get enough of without eating oily fish regularly. Alongside it, PQQ is a compound found in small amounts in foods like fermented soy, kiwi and green peppers, and phosphatidylserine is a phospholipid that occurs naturally in cell membranes. ESTHELIV are a Japanese-market brand and this is their most concentrated formula.
How to use
Take two capsules daily with warm water, with breakfast or lunch. Keep to a consistent time each day. The manufacturer advises leaving two hours between taking it and drinking tea, coffee or cola.
