What it is

Juna build around botanicals rather than isolated vitamins, and Gut Therapy is the most involved formula they make. It brings together ingredients from several different traditions: aloe vera and L-glutamine, reishi mushroom and American ginseng from Chinese and North American herbal practice, and rhodiola, a plant used in Scandinavia and Russia. 5-HTP, derived from the seeds of an African shrub, is included as well.

Note the dosing before you buy. The recommended amount is four capsules once or twice daily, so a bottle of 80 lasts between ten and twenty days rather than a month.

Speak to your GP or pharmacist before starting if you take any prescribed medication. American ginseng and reishi both interact with blood thinners such as warfarin, and ginseng can affect blood sugar control in people taking diabetes medication.
