DEAR DAHLIA Petal Gleam Liquid Highlighter is a 4.5g vegan liquid highlighter in four shades, with fine shimmer pearls in a water-to-satin base that sets as a thin, close-fitting film – a glow that sits on the skin rather than on top of texture.
What it does
The pearls are milled fine and the base has a high refractive quality, so light bounces off the high points of the face without the glitter or emphasised pores that larger-particle highlighters cause. It applies as a fluid, feels moisturising for the first seconds, then dries to a satin film that holds the pearls in place through heat, rubbing and a long day. Shades: Peach Halo (warm peach), Icy Berry (cool pink), Sweet Vanilla (champagne), Baby Coral (soft coral). Vegan.
How to use
Dab a small amount onto the cheekbones, brow bone, bridge of the nose and cupid's bow and blend with a fingertip or sponge. Use under foundation for a lit-from-within glow, over it for a more defined highlight, or mix a drop into foundation for all-over radiance.
