DEAR DAHLIA Dressy Velvet Lip Pencil is a 0.45g vegan lip liner in six nude-to-rose shades, with a velvety texture that glides on for precise lining and blends into a soft-focus matte. Dahlia Variabilis flower extract keeps the lips comfortable rather than dry.
What it does
A fine, creamy pencil that draws a clean edge, fills in the lip to deepen or neutralise colour, and blends out without tugging. The finish sets to a soft matte that does not crack or feather, and the dahlia extract gives it a cushioned, conditioning feel unusual for a liner. Shades: Bare, Toffee, Poise, Fluffy, Sand, Pebble – a nude-brown-rose run built to pair with the Paradise Dream Velvet Lip Mousse and Petal Blur blushes. Vegan.
How to use
Outline the lips starting from the cupid's bow, then fill in for a long-wearing base. Wear alone for a matte nude, or top with a tint or gloss. Blend the edge inward with a fingertip for a diffused "blurred" lip. Sharpen with a standard cosmetic sharpener.
