BIOWELL.lab Fish Oil Plus is a DHA-led omega-3 supplement of 30 softgels from Singapore that combines 600mg DHA per serving with lutein, EnXtra alpinia extract, PQQ, phosphatidylserine and a vitamin and mineral blend, for adults and children aged six and over.
What it does
Each two-capsule serving provides omega-3 with 600mg DHA and 80mg EPA, 10mg lutein, 300mg EnXtra and a 600mg CognienXtra blend that includes MCT oil, phosphatidylserine, nervonic acid, PQQ, theanine, magnesium, zinc and vitamins A, D3, E, B6, B9 (folic acid) and B12, sixteen nutrients in a single softgel. DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision at a daily intake of 250mg, zinc contributes to normal cognitive function, and vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system. BIOWELL sells this as its Little Gold Star Plus formula, with a dose scaled by age so the same box suits a family. Shelf life is three years.
How to use
Take with warm water after a meal. Ages 6 to 16: one softgel daily. Ages 16 and over: two softgels daily. Do not exceed the stated dose. Not a substitute for a varied diet.
