What it does
Each capsule provides thiamin 50mg, riboflavin 10mg (as riboflavin 5'-phosphate), niacin 30mg, vitamin B6 20mg (as P5P), folate 400mcg as L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate, vitamin B12 100mcg as methylcobalamin, biotin 300mcg, pantothenic acid 100mg, choline 100mg and inositol 50mg. The folate and B12 are in their active methylated forms, so they do not need converting by the body. Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism, and B2, B6, B12 and folate contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. The plant-cellulose capsule has no artificial fillers, stearates, sugar, soy, gluten, nuts or dairy, and the bottle is a 90-day supply made in California.
