3CE Tone Up Tint is a 40ml lightweight tone-up base from the Korean makeup brand 3CE that brightens and evens the look of the complexion in one sheer layer, suited to anyone who wants a polished no-makeup finish without foundation, or a smoother canvas underneath it.
What it does
A tone-up tint sits between skincare and makeup: it carries a sheer, skin-brightening tint rather than foundation-level coverage, so it lifts dullness and softens the look of uneven tone while still letting skin show through. The texture is light and spreads thinly, smoothing the look of texture and pores so skin reads as fresher and more even in daylight and on camera. Worn alone it gives the clean, “bare but better” finish that 3CE is known for; worn under cushion or foundation it evens the base so you need less coverage on top. The 40ml tube is pocket-sized for top-ups. Note that this is a face base, not a lip product, despite the “tint” in the name.
How to use
After moisturiser and sunscreen, dot a pea-sized amount on cheeks, forehead, nose and chin and blend outwards with fingertips or a sponge. Build a second thin layer where you want more brightness. Follow with cushion or foundation if you want more coverage, or set with powder or the 3CE Makeup Fixer Mist and leave as it is. Patch-test first.
